Visit Your Nearest Branch
Customers preferring in-person interaction may visit the nearest branch during business hours:
- Fill out the grievance form available at the branch.
- Obtain an acknowledgment receipt with a reference number for tracking your complaint.
If Your Issue Remains Unresolved
In the event that customers do not receive a response, or are not satisfied with the resolution provided, they may escalate the matter in accordance with the escalation matrix below.
Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO)
Level I
If a grievance remains unresolved at the branch level, or no response is received, customers may escalate the matter to the Grievance Redressal Officer. While lodging a complaint, customers must mention the complaint number (if already generated) along with relevant details of their grievance.
Nodal Officer
Level II
If the grievance remains unresolved or no response is received after escalation to the Grievance Redressal Officer within 15 days, customers may further escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
Level III
If the grievance remains unresolved even after escalation to the Nodal Officer, and within the overall limit of 30 days from the date of receipt, customers may further escalate the matter to the Reserve Bank of India.
